We cannot plan for accidents, injuries or illnesses, this is where Pet Care Hub is here to support you. It is our belief that as veterinary professionals, we be there when you need us to be, and sometimes thats urgently. In our practice we schedule our appointments in such a way that we reserve a number of Urgent Care appointments each day for those who need us, today.
Here you will find some of the reasons we encourage you to seek same day veterinary attention.

- falls or other impact injuries like car accidents
- bleeding lumps / bumps
- breathing troubles
- vomiting or diarrhoea
- ear pain or discharge
- wounds
- broken toenails
- signs of infection
- limping or reluctance to walk
- lethargy
There will be some some circumstances upon contacting us for support, you may find that we recommend you attend a specialist emergency (ER) practice for urgent treatment. This will be because we feel your pet may require advanced or ongoing care, and it is in the best interests for your pet to avoid delays in essential or life saving treatment.
